The answer is B and C.

CBT Nuggets 200-355 Video 11 – WLAN Disrupters
I do not have a subscription to CBT Nuggets, but have watched all the videos and highly recommend it for understanding the basics and the terminology. If you cannot find a way to get these videos then maybe you are not ready to learn the technology.
WiMax operates on 802.16 and should not interfere but it does, But DECT can interfere as well in some cases.
https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/thread/74183
Technically A, B and C are correct in some fashion. Read the article. Open to opinions.
Bah, just re-watched the CBT Nugget Video and it says ZigBee and WiMax, so confused right now.
Hey Wi-fi Guy
Can you please share the link to 437qs
the previous link is not working anymore
Interference usually refers to the interaction of waves that are correlated or coherent with each other, either because they come from the same source or because they have the same or nearly the same frequency.
So the question is: which of the Devices in the list is able to interfer with WiFi by using the same Frequency? I am sure it is not Wimax, even if à ccie tells the oposit.
I have heard another ccie (Jérôme) saying: «When you increase the transmit Power, you can better hear…»
Of course, IT is non sence, so don t believe every word they say. IT is Not a bible.
The official book says – “Depending on the frequency being used,
WiMAX can possibly interfere with 802.11 devices, but such interference is highly unlikely.”
and says -“Because DECT and DECT 6.0 phones do not use the 2.4-GHz ISM band, they should not
interfere with 802.11 WLANs. However, some similar “DECT-like” phones may operate in
the 2.4- and 5.8-GHz bands and interfere.”
So neither of them interferes. But looking at the language, it appears to suggest that wi-max interference is less probable.
An engineer is trying to identify if radar has impacted the wireless network at a customer site.
When using the controller GUI, which dashboard in the Monitor section presents this information?
A. 802.11a/n – Air Quality Reports
B. Clean Air – Worst Air Quality Report
C. 802.11b/g/n – Interfering Devices
D. Statistics – Mobility Statistics
Why A??
802.11a/n – Air Quality Reports
Please Highlander, elaborate your answer. Why 802.11a/n and not 802.11b/g/n??
Another Question:
A customer is using the access point GUI to upgrade the software on an autonomous access
point to convert it to a lightweight access point. Which two transfer protocols are valid for
conducting this transfer from the WLC? (Choose two.)
A. FTP
B. RCP
C. SFTP
D. HTTP
E. SCP
F. TFTP
The migration from Autonomous to LWAP can be done from WCS.
@chorri
I think its C too. ‘A’ only gives you the air-quality index (number assigned for quality) per AP, while option ‘C’ gives you a lot more information and also identifies the devices interfering. So if the job is to ‘identify if radar has impacted the wireless network’, then C in my opinion is the right answer.
@TR534
C is incorrect because it is for b/g/n in the 2.4GHz band. Radar operates in the 5GHz band. A is the correct answer.
Thank you @Grad @teddy @Higlander @TR534 ,but if I have the dump is impossible to pass the CCNA Wireless , i hope not see the question in the exam day
@Raticulin, which dump do you have ?437? Please do let us know your feedback after the exam. Best wishes.
If you don t know at which frequency radar is interfering, you better don t take the exam now….

Hi All
Be aware of 474q dumps , pass4surekey dumps all are fake.
They are just money making markets and cheating the people.
I have purchased the dumps from them , but except 7 questions there was no question from dumps.
I was not able to clear the exam.
Be alert from such false people and websites.

The question should be: Which Band does not force you to use DFSand move away if radar activity is detected in USA?
@nomade yes
Which items is part of a distributed deployment model and delivers highest performance?
A. FlexConnect
B. Central Wireless
C. Converged Access
D. Switched Access

For me C but i don t know…what would u answer?
———————————————————————————————————–
Yes, this is correct because the wifi traffic is terminated at the MA and do not need the ME to be involved.
———————————————————————————————————–
Which items is a deployment model that that allow to separate the Data plane from the Control plane? (choose two)
A. FlexConnect
B. Central Wireless
C. Converged Access
D. Switched Access
E. Bridge mode
F. Cloud
G. CAPWAP
F G
———————————————————————————————————–
No, this can not be correct because CAPWAP is not a deployment model but a protocol. Of course, there is two type of streams in CAPWAP, one for management and the other for Data, but this is not the question. The question is about separating these two trffic, so they can go to different destinations…so the data traffic can be droped at the remote site (local switching) and the function of control and management of the APs can be in the main office.
So the answer would be: A + F

D. Type this command in the CLI: –
A
———————————————————————————————————–
No, this can not be correct because you don t want to cancel the setup and if you do this you will loose all setup setting done and must start from the beginning.
So the answer is: D
———————————————————————————————————-
Which items is a deployment model that is the most scalable?
A. FlexConnect
B. Central Wireless
C. Converged Access
D. Switched Access
E. Autonomous Wireless
Answer C
———————————————————————————————————–
No, this can not be correct because converged access is working at the distribution level. These switches are in the floor serving wired + wireless…this is not scalable at all.
So the answer is: B
Which items are not part of Unified Access Architecture? (choose three)
A. One management
B. One security
C. One policy
D. Multiple networks
E. One network
F. Converged policy
Answer: BDF
———————————————
No this is not correct. One management (Prime Infrastructure) + One policy (Identity Services Engine) + One Network (Wired+Wireless in central, flex or converged deployment)
The answer is: ACE
But question say NOT part of unified access architecture
Oh sorry, you are right :-) lol
so it is BDF
In question : type this command in the CLI: –
Where can i find the explanation? In the book is not present
In your controller mobility list, you have controller B that belongs to the same mobility group than your controller A and two other controllers C and D that share an other mobility group name, status is up for all members in your mobility list on controller A. You do not have access to controller C and D. What is true in this scenario? (choose two)
A. will not result in a seamless client roaming between B and C
B. will result in a WLC redundancy across all groups
C. will result in a seamless client roaming between A and B
D. will result in a WLC redundancy between C and D
E. will not result in a WLC redundancy in any case

These questions you are talking about are from the exam taken this month??. Did you pass?

E. will not result in a WLC redundancy in any case
C E ?
————————————————
No it is : A and C
A because controller B and C are in different mobility groups, so they will not do intercontroller roaming. The client will have to reauthenticate when moving between them.
C because controller A and B are in the same mobility group and figure on the mobility list and the status is up.
D. could be true but that two controllers belongs to the same group doesn t mean they automaticly form a mobility group (this is the case in RF Group), this must be staticly configured, and since you have no access to controller C and D you can not see, if they have each other in the mobility group LIST and that the patch is up and working.
WLC redudancy and foreign anchoring is possible only if the controllers share the same mobility group.
@nomade Ok thanks
What is not an option in FlexConnect mode? (choose two)
A. Local authentication, local switching
B. Local authentication, central switching
C. Local switching, central authentication
D. Central authentication, central switching
E. Central authentication, local switching
F. Central switching, local authentication
A FlexConnect AP that is doing local authentication and local switching has lost its connection to its WLC because of a WAN faillure. What is the name of the operating mode in this case and until the WAN connection is restablished ?
A. Autonomous mode
B. Local MAC, also called Split MAC mode
C. Standalone mode
D. Central mode
E. Local mode
F. Connected mode
