    @merry
    Thanks sister. Do you suggest me to start reading the google drive link for the 103 questions dump? Do I need to follow any other material such as book or other dump like from pass leader? If you have that as well can you please let me know all these things? I really appreciate your concerns. God bless you.

    @conr43 & @samsmith

    Guys will you allow me as a new member to join in the team like Merry?
    Thanks to all who are supporting me.

    @Conr43 Q73: 22dBm (C)

  6. DL
    June 11th, 2016

    dBi = dBd + 2.15
    dBd = dBi – 2.15

  7. DL
    June 11th, 2016

    @Conr43 Q57 802.11a/n – Air Quality Reports (A)
    Radar are not in 2.4…

  8. Conr43
    June 11th, 2016

    Thank you DL, I had a wrong formula… but how did you arrive to 22dBm?

    20mW=13dBm
    dBi=2,85+2,15=5dBi

    EIRP=13dBm-3dBi(loss)+5dBi(Gain)=15dBm

    Answer is A!

    Hi guys, as you can see this is a opened dialog so everybody is welcome. Feel free to join in!

    We are working on Q103 dump because we have several exam taker’s feedback saying that every exam questions are on that dump. So what we are doing together is to find out if every answers are correct. That’s where we are right now!

    We’ve already found that:
    Q32 – answer is BE and not AE
    Q67 – A???

  10. SamSmith
    June 12th, 2016

    Q67 is answered on page 14(this thread) post 72, it is answer #13 Says A
    However on page 16, post #23 it says it is B…
    So I did some digging and I would say it is B:
    “For every increase of 9 dB, the coverage area doubles.”

    Guys, as mentioned earlier dumps 103q is 100% valid. I will suggest to take the exam as early as possible. Regarding the wrong answer, it seems that it is RF related question. Though I am not sure exactly what answer was wrong.
    Cheerss !!!!

  12. DL
    June 12th, 2016

    Q73
    I thing your right Conr43 : 15dBm

  13. DL
    June 12th, 2016

    My two cents about Q67
    Antenna gain doesn’t actually add “energy”, it just looks like it does through its “focusing” effect.
    That’s why I propose
    A. focusing energy in a defined direction
    What do you think ?

  14. Conr43
    June 12th, 2016

    SamSmith, Q67 is explained on chapter 4 of cisco CCNA Wireless 200-355:

    “Antennas are passive devices; they do not amplify a transmitter’s signal with any circuitry or
    external power. Instead, they amplify or add gain to the signal by shaping the RF energy as
    it is propagated into free space. In other words, the gain of an antenna is a measure of how
    effectively it can focus RF energy in a certain direction.”

    So I think the correct answer is A.

    June 12th, 2016

    DL, thank you for your feedback and yes I agree with you on Q67.

    Congratulations!

    I finally passed the 200-355 exam yesterday by learning passleader 200-355 dumps (http://www.passleader.com/200-355.html), all questions were from PL!

    June 14th, 2016

    DL hold on, which topic where you tested on?

  28. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    @Conr43 hey so #67 is B. The key to the question is they are referring to the radio not the antenna. When you push more power from the radio(transmitter) you are pushing more power increasing the cell. Answer A is referring if they changed the antenna style or how the antenna is built. Remember if you change the shape of the antenna you can passively increase the gain.

  29. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    yeah people need to keep the questions coming. Talking and figuring out why an answer is the way it is, is the only way we’re gonna keep the knowledge in our heads.

  30. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    On the 103 can someone explain to me question #88 and why it’s answer B instead of A?

  32. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    Manny, I think that we can analyze the performance of radio frequency communications links through the amount of transmitter power directed toward an RF receiver. This power is derived from a combination of:

    1 – Transmitter power
    2 – The ability of the antenna(s) to direct that power toward an RF receiver(s) -> Antenna Gain

  33. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    DL, can you please tell us if you answered the same answers of Q103 dump?

  34. Leo
    June 14th, 2016

    I’v got a question. Do you think it is enough with the q103 dump?

  35. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    Manny, regarding Q88, I think it is because master controller mode function was left enabled on the secondary controller. If a controller has been configured as a master controller, it can respond to the AP’s broadcast.

    After the AP’s reboot, it will broadcast on the local subnet (Step 1) and only after that it will use locally stored WLC addresses (Step 2).

    Does this make sense to you?

  36. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    Leo, we have several exam taker’s feedback saying that (Q103 dump is enough)… but we’ll only know when we take the exam… :(

  37. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    @Conr43 I guess I read the question differently….In my head the radio portion sticks in my head…i guess I would have answered A if they said What is the effect of increasing antenna gain on a antenna…..

  38. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    See I was reading this from a friend of mine and I thought that it would be the primary controller….

    Leo, with any certification I suggest reading the books, watching videos, doing practice questions, and reaching out to forums like this for questions/answers…..WiFi is a beast if your just coming into it and its so important to learn the fundamentals…I’ve been in the field for a little while and you can really tell when people understand the fundamentals or don’t…if your really serious about WiFi I also suggest looking at the CWNA….great cert that will really nail down all the fundamentals..

  40. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    I see Manny, but I think that the key here is the master controller configuration

  41. Manny
    June 14th, 2016

    Yeah Ive been meaning to lab that one out….I don’t mess with Master controller configuration much but I do mess with priming and high availability and if you got that primary it sticks pretty good to that….

  42. Conr43
    June 14th, 2016

    Well Manny, if you could simulate that config, that would be great!

  43. monco
    June 15th, 2016

    Hello, I passed a few days before with 9xx/1000. I can assure all of you that, once you have read the OCG thoroughly and understand all topics, ALL you need to study after that is the 103q (actually is 102q, q51 and 103 are the same). At least until that pool of questions gets bigger, for now is 103q is just enough. For those questions that need an explanation not found in OCG you can always make a little research in the cisco website

  44. Merry
    June 15th, 2016

    What come after this exam? are you guys going to do CCNP wireless or something different like Radwin Certification?

  45. Conr43
    June 15th, 2016

    I’m planning to go all the way up to CCIE Wireless! :)

  46. Manny
    June 15th, 2016

    My plan is to switch between the CWNP route and CCNP wireless. One test of each a year. My boss is a huge supporter of CWNP and there’s a lot of good knowledge there. Most of my gear is Cisco so gotta keep on those certs too.

    Which vendor you decided to buy for 103 questions dump? I mean from which company you bought the dump?

    June 16th, 2016

    Hey guys, has anyone taken the test this week, i am going to do it this coming Friday, so i just want to make sure if the 103q dump is enough. thanks

    June 16th, 2016

    i’m going early next week so any update on the accuracy is appreciated. I will provide the same after taking the test.
