All, I called up cisco, they said that there is no such exam as 640-722, the correct exam to register and take is 640-721. GSingh is correct there is no info on cisco’s website on 640-722. So register and pass :) 721 and NOT 722

What is true about the 802.1x authentication method?Choose 3
    – the client has to authenticate first and then associate
    – the client has to associate first and then authenticate
    – the client may ask the authenticator for its credentials
    – the client has to be authenticated by a RADIUS server
    – sometimes the AP can act as authenticator

Thanks if somebody can help me

  11. Syd
    December 22nd, 2011

@ Jean: couple of the questions were the same as mentioned by “Almost CCNA Wireless” – above – then there was one drag n drop mentioned (http://wirelesstut.com/ccna-wireless-iuwne-640-721/drag-and-drop – Question # 2). Study the dumps and you should be fine. Let me know if you need any more help!

how many channels are available on 802.11a Answer is 23

  17. Julio
    December 26th, 2011

    Channels available on 802.11a.

From CCNA Wireless official exam certification guide:

“Another difference is that 802.11a supports anywhere from 12 to 23 nonoverlapping channels as opposed to the 3 nonoverlapping channels in 802.11b/g. Because OFDM is used, subchannels can overlap. 802.11a requires that the data rates of 6, 12, and 24 Mbps be supported but allows for data rates up to 54 Mbps.”

  18. Ken
    December 27th, 2011

Regarding 802.11a channels – it depends on how the question is asked. There are 28 total channels on the 5.0GHz frequency, but there are 23 available channels for use in the US.

    @James bond

you may be right for some of what you said but as our experience with cisco certification they ask lot of money so people who have not that much they can read the dump and work a lot on gns3 and packet tracer too. but as for me i wrote a book without joking on the two back of the paper sorry for my English just by watching Jeremy ciora and used packet tracer more then gns3 because of my pc performance and used dumps too i am ccnp certified now without any job i live in Africa and i bought from certificationskit 4 switch 3 routers and one access server. then i got a problem with one of my routers that was bugging and i fixed it in two days. so as i was saying that James is right just about one thing wich is called experience and it’s more important from any thing else. but just by writing one book of every thing i leaned beginning with ccna to ccnp from cbt.
hope i helped you 007 on how to do your exam’s if you don’t have a lot of money.

    Thx
