Logan mentions this question on page 58
The one question I did have that i have not seen posted anywhere was something like
you need to send all guest traffic to the DMZ, this needs to be setup so that no matter what AP the guest connects to it will get sent here, how would you set this tunnel
symmetrical tunnel
mobility-anchoring
asymmetrical tunnel
?don’t remember 4th option?
i chose mobility-anchoring
I have been spending time in the cbt nuggets – mobility-anchoring is correct – module 21 WLAN roaming
@foxx – thanks for the feedback, capital C for “Cisco” really makes a lot of sense that’s why they choose letter C
@Bob – thanks for the research. I am waiting for a confirmatory answer as well.
Bob,
one of the main reasons i chose mobility-anchoring is due to the fact thats how my current wireless network is setup in my production environment. But it never hurts to research, i just can’t remember what the 4th choice was. But you know cisco, just because something works better in production doesn’t mean its the “cisco way” haha.

@Bob
Do you remember a question about which antenna type is most suitable for hallways? The dump answer is patch but Yagi is used for long hallways says quick reference book J.Henry
@gurdian
I have seen that question on a few dumps and have not thought about it. Have been going with patch.
Official Cert Guide by Hucaby has this info:
Directional antennas have a higher gain than omnidirectional antennas because they focus
the RF energy in one general direction. Typical applications include elongated indoor areas,
such as the rooms along a long hallway or the aisles in a warehouse. They can also be used
to cover outdoor areas out away from a building or long distances between buildings.
Patch antennas have a flat rectangular shape, as shown in Figure 4-14, so that they can be
mounted on a wall.
So patch is the first he discusses: he than goes into Yagi which seems more specialized.
Will keep looking but I think patch is what they are looking for. I don’t remember this on my failed attempt but – that is why I failed. Need to sit soon. I wish someone who has sat in the past few weeks would be so kind as to come back with some feedback. Yes I want to know and understand but don’t feel I need to keep giving money to Cisco.
I am assuming the dump is wrong for this question???? Any confirmation from recent test takers?
What are the channels you need to avoid not to have interference with DFS channels?
A. 52
B. 136
C. 124
D. 161
Answer B C D
I think it should be A B C
When a DFS–enabled radio is operating on one of the following channels, the wireless device uses DFS
to monitor the operating frequency and switch to another frequency or reduce power as necessary:
• 52 (5260 MHz)
• 56 (5280 MHz)
• 60 (5300 MHz)
• 64 (5320 MHz)
• 100 (5500 MHz)
• 104 (5520 MHz)
• 108 (5540 MHz)
• 112 (5560 MHz)
• 116 (5580 MHz)
• 120 (5600 MHz)
• 124 (5620 MHz)
• 128 (5640 MHz)
• 132 (5660 MHz)
• 136 (5680 MHz)
• 140 (5700 MHz)
@Hshim
Thanks for the link. Many posts stating 411 not enough. Did you recently take the test and have any information on new questions?
@Bob
Correct, U-NII-2 and U-NII-2 extended are channels 52 -140 which are subject to DFS. 161 is a U-NII-3 channel.
I am going to download the 437 questions from passleader .I have also completed the CCNA wireless course from CBT nuggets.Is that going to be enough?
@Shubba
This link was provided a few pages back – has some of the new questions on it.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzQDRVInAZVCaWJSZ0oxUnlUOTg/view
Give passleader your money, but my understanding is the 437 has incomplete and wrong answers.
Doesn’t seem to be what you know – just how much money you can spend to get the certification
Anyone have feedback on this question that was mentioned in a previous post as something that might be on the test
When a WLC uses/integrates (don’t really remember) several WLAns, which interface is created?
A. Service port
B. Virtual
C. Management
D. Dynamic
E. Can’t remember
65 questions doesn’t leave any room for guessing.
@Bob
Should be D.
“Dynamic interfaces, also known as VLAN interfaces, are created by users and designed to be analogous to VLANs for wireless LAN clients.”
The service port is for OOB management, the virtual port is for mobility, and the management port is for management and communication to the AP’s. One missing from the list is the AP-manager interface which is for the CAPWAP tunnel.

@foxx
thanks for your feedback. thinking I am going to have to sit this weekend. trying to pull everything together
Last call for anyone who has taken the test recently. My brain is fried from reading. Talking to myself on this site.
Have seen mistakes on dumps but think I have them all clear.
Going with Max power for AP in any regulatory domain as 1 (which is the highest)
Going with Max level in Cisco WLC TPC for all regulatory domain as 1
they are on the latest dump wrong – saying 8 for one of the answers.
Any questions not mentioned previously would be appreciated. I will provide feedback to this site (as long as I don’t pass out in the testing center)
@Bob
How did you go with the exam mate? Do you mind sharing your list of study material that you used to prepare for the exam? e.g., Official study guide/CBT nuggets/…..??
You are testing a new autonomous Cisco Aironet 1260 AP that has booted for the first time on the existing
corporate network, which includes voice, data, and location services.
How do you reach the GUI of the AP?
A. HTTP to 10.0.0.1.
B. HTTP to 192.168.1.1.
C. HTTP to the DHCP address.
D. HTTPS to 10.0.0.1.
E. HTTPS to the 192.168.1.1.
F. HTTPS to the DHCP address.
C or F, which one should be the right answer?
@Bob
How did it go?
When a guest client is authenticated, which type of connection is created between the controller- based AP and
the client?
A. as SSL connection
B. a TLS encrypted tunnel
C. an unsecured connection
D. a 802.1x/EAP tunnel
E. an IPsec tunnel
Could someone please explain which one is the right answer and why?
@Shubha
If you get 437Q from passleader, can you share with us over a google drive link? Thanks.
@Tintin
For your post #18
I think the answer should be C. Since a quest client is authenticated via 802.1x but use open authentication as a Layer2 security mode.
Are there any Cisco Anyconnect questions with the answers “monitor, configuration, administration, etc…” making you choose what functions can be found in what menu category? I’m seeing a lot of those in the dumps, but the official cert guide doesn’t mention squat about “Anyconnect”. Seems to belong to the previous CCNA Wireless exam, no?
As well as that “DART” and “NAM” stuff
@Tintin #16
Looks like it should be C, HTTP to the DHCP address.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/15-3-3/configuration/guide/cg15-3-3/cg15-3-3-chap2-gui.html#64205
“Follow these steps to begin using the web-browser interface:
Step 1 Start the browser.
Step 2 Enter the wireless device IP address in the address bar of the and press Enter.
The Summary Status page appears.”
A bit further in the article it describes how to enable HTTPS, so it would seem you use just HTTP if it hasn’t been configured.

@Bob,
How’s the exam? Hope you made it and didn’t passed out in the testing center :-) LOL
Kidding aside, I am definitely sure that you made it. So, hope you can share more of your recent experience. I’m about to sit too soon and my heart starting to pound my chest harder :-D
Thanks Foxx and Guardian for being so helpful. Cheers.
@Shubba
Thank you. Please send it to ocanner @ g m a i l . c o m
@guardian
Do you mind emailing me the dump to tintin2087 at hotmail dot com
plz? My exam is in 3 days, feeling extremely nervous :(
@guardian, @Shubba
Can you also please send me the dumps to: b r a n o . s e m a n @ g m a i l . c o m ? (please remove spaces). My exam will be very soon guys :( Cheers and greatly appreciated.
I’m still seeing questions on the most recent dump about WCS. I thought there were no more questions regarding WCS or drag and drop. Is this correct?
There is no WCS concept at OCG and in this forum the ones who have taken exam recently say that no WLC and drag&drop question. We will see :)
QUESTION 153
Which four options are the characteristics of the original 802.11 protocol? (Choose four.)
A. Defined DSSS and FHSS as possiblemethods for modulation
B. Designed to operate in the 5 GHz ISM frequency spectrum
C. The most common deployment is three non-overlapping channels that are 20 MHz wide
D. The protocol sets the maximumthroughput at 1 Mb/s or 2 Mb/s
E. Defined FHSS and OFDM aspossible methods for modulation
F. The most common deployment is three non-overlapping channels that are 22 MHz wide
G. Designed to operate in the2.4 GHz ISM frequency spectrum
H. The protocol sets the maximum throughput at1 Mb/s
The dumps say ACDG.
I feel it is AFDG.
@Shubba
Yes, the original 802.11 has the channel width at 22MHz, so ADFG.
I did pass!!
Used CBT Nuggets, Official Cert Guide by Hucaby the dumps and this site.
Many questions discussed over the past few pages.
Give yourself plenty of time
No drags, No long questions.
Many were choose 2 instead of 3 but different wording. You cant just memorize the dumps or you will fail. Plus many dumps have some wrong answers.
Some of the newer questions – Wording not exact
Cisco spectrum analyzer analyze the scanned data?
Answer: Store the data during the wifi scan and analyze later.
How do you update the IOS-XE on the WLC through CLI ?

F. debug dtls
A network engineer is troubleshooting a LAP that is unable to join the controller and receives the
message below:
LWAPP_CLIENT_ERROR_DEBUG. No more AP manager IP addresses remain
What does the log indicate?
A. Two or more LAPs have the same IP address.
B. An AP manager has the same IP address as another AP manager.
C. A LAP has the same IP address as the AP manager.
D. Two or more controllers have the same IP address.
Answer: C
Congratulatios Bob and thanks for the update. Do you remember any questions that was totally new, not seen anywhere in the 411q dumps or in this forum?
@Tintin
I just sent you 437Q taken from Shubha.
@Guardian
Thanks a lot, I just checked my inbox and haven’t got it :( could you please re-send it to tintin2087 @ outlook . com
Please remove all the spaces.
Also I wanted to ask you about the following question:Which three options are limitations when configuring basic security on an autonomous AP when using the express security page setup? (Choose three.)
A.
You need multiple SSIDs.
B.
Delete all the SSIDs.
C.
Edit the SSIDs.
D.
Use multiple authentication servers.
E.
Use the same SSID on both radios.
F.
Use a single SSID on a single radio.
In my opinion the right answers should be C D F. What do you think?
@Guardian
Could you please kindly help to also send 437Q to me ? [ {email not allowed}]
@Guardian
Could you please kindly help to also send 437Q to me ? [pamonrat99 @ gmail . com]
@Guardian
Could you please send me the 437Q dumps to me on my email (r i z w a n.a h m e d80 @ h o t m a i l.c o m) pls remove spaces.
Thanks in advance.
@Bob Congrats. I am planning to take the exam by next week. Do you remember any questions that was totally new, not seen anywhere in the dumps or in this forum? And abot the below question:
Which three WLC debug commands are appropriate to troubleshoot a wireless client that is
associated to an AP? (Choose three.)
A. debug capwap
B. debug mac addr
C. debug dot11
D. debug dhcp
E. debug ap
F. debug dtls
I can say that the answer is A, C and D. Since to be fully associated, a client must take an IP address, associate to an AP and authenticated. So we nust look at dhcp,capwap and 802.11 communication on the air.
@Tintin @Rizwan @Anonymous (pamonrat)
I sent you 437Q from Shubha
@Tintin
For your post #42
I am not sure on OCG there is no information about express security setup for autonomous APs.
