There are a lot of questions of WCS, the thing is that I read the oficial cert guide and answer all practice questions, wcs isn’t covered at all. There is only like 5 questions of the phillys.

To see vce files just download some version of the vce player.

I find the official cert guide to be very unrepresentative of what we are going to be tested on for the exam from what I’ve seen in the dumps. My advice is read the cert guide but also exhaustively practice the dumps and do some side research.

CBT Nuggets and Zeda VCE should be enough. View the nuggets and come back and take the questions. If anyone could pdf the Zelda VCE it would great for others.

FYI. Try this link. Looks like questions updated on 05/14/2015. If you have already taken the exam, weather pass or fail, look it over and please share your comments if these questions look familiar. Anyone looking for VCE without paying a stupid feed, there is on in the Google Play Store cheap less than $20 bucks once off fee.

@JohnJacobs, I reviewed the file and it is legit! I saw questions 228-272 yesterday in my exam, all of them.

Using CBT Nuggets and this current PDF. Also, what group of questions were you tested on? Number what through what on the PDF? The more feedback the better. Thanks once again.

No sims, no drag and drop. I have photographic memory from the John Jacobs document I could see questions 39, 46, 47, 67, 79, 84, 86, 87, 106, 108, 109, 134, 136, 141, 144, 148, 151, 179, 189, 197, 195, 218 ,227, 228 trough 272 (the whole new mix questions set).

@JohnJacobs, JP is right. 228-272 were all on the test. Every last one. That’s 44 questions.
My test had 60 questions total. So 16 were from the previous Phyllis dump.

There are absolutely no D&D or Simulations. Straight multi-choice. However there was a question that had picture of a WLC and you needed to answer it. I think its the one about how to setup Guest WLAN security. Which tab?

I downloaded the PDF from JohnJacobs and was able to convert it
to a worcking vce, download and run Exam Formatter which will convert your pdf to a rtf or txt file
then import the file into vce designer and save as. Very simple !

For the questions with a picture of the Topology (such as #218 from JohnJacobs dump) do you have to type in commands and click through the menus to gather the information shown in those screenshots? Or do they literally have pictures/screenshots on the exam itself? Thanks!

The pictures and screenshots are automatically included when the file is imported

For the following question: “when using multiple SSIDs on a lightweight AP, how does the traffic of each SSID reach the 802.3 network?” It shows an answer of “Configure 802.11q trunking on the Ethernet switch port that is connected to the AP”…. How is this correct?

Lightweight APs (in local, default mode) are connected to the switch in access model and the traffic is carried over to the WLC through a CAPWAP tunnel where the WLC manages the traffic and separates it…

There are no sims on this test so it would just be screenshots. And yes, that question makes no sense to me either

I know that, in fact I answered “configure the SSIDs on the WLC and it will regulate the traffic type” but I failed the exam, so I don’t know what to tell you lol.

True but if you are use a different mode, such as, Flex Connect. The LAP should be configured as a Trunk since it passes traffic at the AP not the controller, while being connected to the controller.

It is a poorly phrased question, though.

The CCNA´s certification expires me June 15, wanted to do the exam last week but now I see that they have changed the questions, is there any possibility of knowing the news? who uploads the testkings? would pay if necessary. I appreciate your help.

There’s a question that reads “an AP in its default config mode connects to a WLC, which methods are available for remote management access to an AP?”

The answer is shows is “SSH and Telnet” but there’s another answer I believe is more correct “SSH and Telnet are available only after configuration by a Cisco WLC”…

There’s a lot of debate on the internet about the answer for this question, I’m curious if you folks have reached a conclusion as to what the answer should be.

@Anon I think the keyword here is available. It’s possible to enable it. And it is the only way you can remotely manage it if you enable it. The wording on some of these is terrible. It’s all about figuring out what they are actually asking

Are we allowed a calculator in the exam? How am I supposed to calculate 5dBm –> 3.16mW in my head?

@Anonymous did you pass the exam? Looks like everyone who took the exam recently is stating questions 228-272 were on the exam. Do you remember if anything from Phyllis showed up on the exam and which questions?

Failed exam today. Got 636/1000. Not much of the exam is in the philis dump.

BTW, took a look at the John Jacobs link. Most of the questions I had were towards the end. Valid dump.

Appreciate all the feedback. I understand that questions 228-272 are on the new exam. What other questions look familiar? Could anyone else confirm beside @JP and @ Failed if there is any drag and drops? Also, did anyone get tested on questions 218-226 Labs? Where those questions on point? Are the questions pertaining to dBm, dBi equations require conversions or are those questions on point (no conversion required)? Was there lots of WCS questions and questions pertaining to Cisco add on modules? Thanks.

@greg yea 983/1000. 228-272 where all there. No drag and drop and no sim. Had a few images. The rest of the questions where all from Phyllis but haven’t checked which questions

@cmz, JohnJacobs uploaded the up-to-date pdf. I belive its the old Phylis + the newly added questions. The new questions would be question 228 – 272. Because the old pdf ends at 228. And as some of us here confirmed, all these question came up on the resent test. Im studying these question and will take the test wednsday. Ill get back to you all.

took my test today. Passed it thanks to John Jacobs and the latest questions. Had all the questions from 228-272 on it and a few from the old test. score 910… And I answered it exactly per document. So i guess a few were incorrect. Now off to my next one. Good luck to all

I did the exam just now. Couple of questions from Phyllis. Rest is all new. Not a very good exam, need to memorise alot of WCS stuff.
