I have took and pass the exam yesterday.

The ebay exam has a very good amount of question that come in the exam, I think it has 50% or maybe a little more but I have to say it is not enough to pass it if you only memorize it, is necessary to check and review the topics involved in every question of the dump in order to correct the wrong answers and to have a better understood about the related feature. I took it only once, my own experience help me to deal with the rest of the answer because I really don’t study for this exam

@garrett, channel 14 is not allowed in Europe, it is allowed in Japan. As for where to deploy your wlc in a centralized environment…arent only two of those choices legit “layers” distribution and access? Or has Data Center since been added Not every site has a data center though. So if it is a centralized deployment you want it as close to the core as possible as it will need to dump traffic off for L3 routing so I would say distribution layer.

I would agree with you A and C would seem to be correct. The question doesn’t quite seem to indicate the customer’s intent but a sniffer AP does not service clients. It is meant for packet captures. Are these really CCNP level questions?

I would certainly like to pass it. I wish there were more genuine training materials. I used the OCG for ccna wireless and found it to be really good. Its frustrating that the same sort of training isn’t available at ccnp level for wireless. It certainly exists for R&S and Security.
Keep posting these questions so we can hash them out though.

Hey garret, no I have no dumps. I see links posted in here but most look like garbage people posting who knows what for sale on ebay or people wanted me to join whats AP groups and who know what happens after that. I’d gladly pay good money for quality training material. Although good money is relative. I see classes for 3k and up, sorry I cant afford that right now.

I think the answer should be C. But then I dont know more about the client base. Are some clients only 2.4GHz capable? Are there cost concerns? it will take more 5GHz APs to cover the same space but you will have, if the clients can support it is higher speeds. If the APs are close to each other and you’re using 2.4 then you are more likely to get co-channel interference right? You only have 3 channels if you need 2.4 and 5 then I would see the ideal answer is not listed which would be to have 5GHZ on all APs and 2.4GHz on some. 5Ghz gives you more channels to work with so less chance of co-channel interference.

Anyone else want to weigh in on this? This is what I hate about Cisco questions. I’m forced to make a lot of inferences here and if I infer differently from the way they think you choose the wrong answer.
