Can anyone help me understand how to do RF Math ? How to calculate mW, Watts, and dBm ?

Ex: An access point is currently transmitting at 4mW. The customer needs to increase its signal Strength by 6 dB to create a larger wireless cell. What should the new transmit power be?

A. 8mW
B. 10 mW
C. 12 mW
D. 16 mW
E. 24 mW

If someone please explain the process to answering this question or should good reading to review

I started studying for the 200-355 exam about a month ago using a PDF that contains 410 questions. I notice here everyone is referring to only 103q. Most of the 410 questions are very difficult. Am I wasting my time or should i focus exclusively on the 103q.

I’ve been studying a 410 questions PDF for weeks and I’m planning to take the exam next week, but I noticed that most of the guys here talking about the 103 PDF, should I depend on that 103?
the other suspicious thing about the 410 questions PDF is that it contains a lot of questions about WCS which is not mentioned in the exam topics of the new ccna exam version.
